Conservation of wild dolphins, endangered species, and native birds to Florida is a passion for Florida Dolphin Watch. We follow the strict guidelines of the National Marine Fisheries to make sure your observation of Florida wildlife is not harmful to them.

All dolphin observations strictly comply with the Marine Mammal Protection Act & National Marine Fisheries Service guidelines for dolphin observation. We report any dolphin injuries to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission.

This unique private boat tour offers intimate trips of no more than six passengers at a time. We start with a tour of the Fort Pierce Inlet as your Guide tells of some History of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce Inlet and the ecological importance of this still “Living Lagoon”. The tour also includes tours through the “Inlet State Recreation Area” and Jack Island State Preserve. See a variety of birds as we wind through the secluded mangroves learn about and look for encounters with wild dolphins. Experience the beauty of wild dolphins feeding and playing in their natural environment as well as many other species of birds, wildlife, and endangered animals that thrive in the Indian River Lagoon

Hundreds of wild dolphins have been identified in the Indian River Lagoon, so your chances of seeing wild dolphins during the November to March season are around 90%. All dolphin observations strictly comply with the Marine Mammal Protection Act & National Marine Fisheries Service guidelines for dolphin observation.

Tour Length: The tour lasts 2 hours for up to 6 people and covers a 15 mile trek
